A COMMON FIXED POINT THEOREM VIA TWO AND THREE MAPPING IN BANACH ALGEBRA

Abstract


In this paper an attempt is made to prove common fixed point theoremfor two and three mappings in Banach algebra by using measure of non-compactness. We also make an effort to prove the common fixed point theorem for two and threecommuting maps.
